Beginning therapy is a big step—and it’s important to feel comfortable with your therapist. I offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation so you can ask questions, share what you’re looking for, and get a sense of whether we’re a good fit before committing to a full session

I have a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who may need financial flexibility. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if cost is a concern—we can explore options together.

Insurance
Many extended health insurance plans cover sessions with a Registered Psychotherapist—please check with your provider to confirm your coverage. CRPO Licence #15226.
